Parish Council Meeting
The Annual Council Meeting, in addition to an ordinary Parish Council Meeting, will be held on Wednesday 20th May at 6:30p.m.
Due to the current restrictions in place relating to Covid-19, the meeting will be held as a remote meeting to which members of the public will be invited to join either by video conference, or over the telephone.
Members of the public who wish to join the meeting can do so either by ‘Zoom’ video conference or teleconference by calling 0203 481 5240
The following meeting ID – 831 6709 5601 will be required, and the Clerk should be contacted for the password by 3p.m. on the day of the meeting.
While meetings are being held remotely, it is requested that any members of the public wishing to ask a question submit these by email to the Clerk. Written submissions should be limited to 500 words and submitted to the Clerk no later than midday on Monday 19th May 2020 in order that they can be read out and discussed.

Annual Parish Assembly
Unfortunately, this year’s Annual Parish Assembly has had to be postponed due to the current social distancing measures in place and the fact that this meeting can only be held face to face. We will review whether it is possible to hold this at an alternative date once the current measures are lifted.
